Committee Updates

July 2023 - We were able to get two of our people with challenges off the streets; a man and a woman. We can report thaat both of them are medically stable and residing care facilities. One has his own laptop and both of them have their own phones; all items donated by members of Egbe Omo Yoruba DFW. At this time, Pastor Austin is in daily contact with both of them and they both attend church with Aposstle Raphael Adebayo and his wife in South Dallas.

However, they still express needs for material items such as change of clothing and femimine hygiene products for the lady. Therefore, your support is still heavliy needed as they work towards stability and social intergration.

In addition, the social workers supervising both of them continue to advice us on stepping up community support for both them in order to speed up thier ability to become fully integrated into society. At this point, both have a need to present in community where they may spend about two to three hours communicating with others. It may be a workplace or other environment. We will appreciate your help in this regard.
